Thames Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra
Upcoming Orchestra Auditions – Video Submissions Due August 30th
Auditioning students should prepare a solo piece to demonstrate their current level of achievement. Students should consult their private instructor: playing a well-prepared, less difficult piece is better than coming with a very challenging piece that is not at performance level. Please also prepare the short orchestral excerpts provided and scales up to 3 sharps and 3 flats (memorized). Sight-reading may also be requested.
Auditions are for new students only.
